All regular orders to be paid in full when collecting or can be paid prior to collection via eft.

For livestock a 20% deposit is required for you to book them.

We unfortunately no longer offer flexible payment plans.
Can courier/air freight, but at buyers cost. Note for snakes and fish only air freight with Pet Lounge or road transport with a Pet Courier is used where possible.
Orders being transported can be taken by transport once proof of payment is received and the money is in the account.
